  • Do you take insurance?
    I do not accept insurance. However, if you have out-of-network coverage, I can provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
  • How do I find out if I have out-of-network benefits?
    If you schedule a 15-minute consultation, I can run your insurance information to see what your out-of-network benefits and reimbursement rate is like. However, it is always best practice to contact your insurance company.
  • When is payment due for sessions?
    Payment is due in full at the time of each session. All major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards are accepted. No cash or checks.
  • How do I get insurance reimbursement?
    Once we begin working together, I can sign you up for Mentaya. This is a platform where I can submit claims for you, and they will handle working with your insurance company to get your reimbursement - you don't have to lift a finger!
  • How often would my sessions be?
    For best results, sessions are held on a weekly basis. However, scheduling can be discussed based on your needs.
  • How long are sessions?
    Sessions are 55 minutes.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    It is required to provide a 48 hour notice if you cannot attend session, otherwise, you are responsible for the session cost.
  • Do you offer in-person therapy?
    At this time, all sessions are virtual.
